Kevin Flaherty joins mmi Analytics senior leadership team

As part of mmi’s continued expansion, we are delighted to announce that today, Kevin Flaherty has joined us as the Business Unit Director for our eTail service line.

Kevin is a highly-regarded professional from the beauty industry with experience at P&G Prestige and Coty. He has joined us from Coty Luxury UK & Ireland where he was responsible for growing the full product portfolio of fragrance, make up and skincare across the UK retailer spectrum to include brick & clicks and pure players. Prior to this Kevin was the global eCommerce leader for P&G Prestige creating and delivering the global go-to-market strategy across customers including Douglas, Macys, Ulta, Marionnaud & Amazon.

He said “I am delighted with the opportunity to join mmi and to lead the eTail business unit. It’s a perfect fit for my passions of beauty, eCommerce and data and will enable me to combine my beauty and commercial knowledge to deliver solutions that optimise online conversions for both brands and retailers.

I’m excited to team up with mmi to bring data and insights to support the key commercial questions for the beauty sector including:

  1. How is my distribution and pricing strategy working in market, what is the exposure and impact of the grey market?
  2. What is my Share of Voice with my critical retailers vs competition and are my brands visible during key consumption periods?
  3. Is my content quality and product availability a competitive advantage or impacting my ability to convert shoppers?

We all know beauty is a small world and I look forward to continuing to work with old colleagues and peers to support their eCommerce strategies and build fantastic brands.”
