As we move forward on our rapid growth trajectory, we are excited to welcome Kishan Kumar to the role of CTO. Kishan steps into the CTO role with nearly 20 years’ experience of leading technology teams at dynamic and fast-growing companies. Kishan will be the driving force behind the transformation and maturity of our technology division.
Kishan has a natural ability in scaling single figure technology teams to large 100+ teams across global locations. Kishan has led Engineering, TechOps & Customer Support functions in previous roles including strategic initiatives with a focus on service, technical quality, performance, and cost-conscious changes.
Kishan has also had responsibility for crisis management; client retention and overseeing the business and commercial impact of operational failures.
All of this experience will be vital as we move through our next phase of growth and beyond, including bringing our recent acquisition of the influencer marketing platform Achoo into the mmi family as well as ensuring our solution platforms scale and support the future product roadmaps to help our clients drive revenue and build their brands.
Kishan recently started his new role and said: "I am thrilled to join mmi Analytics at this incredibly exciting and pivotal time. I look forward to shaping the Technology function that strengthens our position as the global standard for beauty industry analytics."
