We’re delighted to welcome Mathilde as our new eTail Insights Manager. Mathilde will work with our etail clients, navigating their data to find the best opportunities for their brands to maximise their retail investment.
Mathilde moved to London from France 7 years ago to take on a CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation) role helping retailers convert more shoppers online. This sparked her interest in the shopper journey. Mathilde then moved into the media field for a time to learn, returning to insights in the FMCG industry at dunnhumby. Her mix of media and etail experience is a brilliant fit with mmi although she will focus on the etail service line.
As a Senior Client Lead at dunhumby, she supported them on two strategic areas: Customer DNA and Seasonal propositions before moving to Market & Performance. Mathilde says “I always strive to find that little nugget of insight that leads to more targeted actions and delivers high value to my clients.”
When asked about her move to mmi, Mathilde said:
“I am very excited to join the mmi team. The company is growing, and I'm happy be part of the talented eTail team. I am looking forward to diving into the numbers, learning more about the beauty industry, and advising clients on how to navigate their data to find the best opportunities for their brands.”
