We are delighted to announce the appointment of Sean Lawlor as our new Service Delivery Director. Sean will be responsible for heading up and scaling the service delivery function at mmi.
Sean is a seasoned and dynamic Service Delivery, Customer Service & Operations Director with a wealth of experience in transformation, change and operational excellence. Sean has over three decades of experience across dynamic markets spanning domestic and international territories.
Sean excels at delivering success in challenging environments. He is an advocate of identifying synergies between disparate processes and systems and pulls upon latest technological innovations such as CRM solutions to propel businesses to next stage of evolution while supporting rapid growth.
Sean is a key hire for the senior leadership team and his appointment comes as part of mmi Analytics’ continued growth and expansion in the global beauty analytics market. Sean’s appointment follows a number of key acquisitions, investments and hires, including the influencer marketing platform Achoo and securing a £4.5 million investment from angel investors.
