# Cheryl McDonald joins mmi Analytics senior leadership team

As part of mmi’s continued expansion, we are delighted to announce that Cheryl McDonald has joined us as Client Service & Implementation Director.

[Cheryl](https://www.mmi-analytics.com/about) has worked within the client service sector for over 16 years running global teams across various industries, with 7 years’ experience at Cision managing the PR and International customer success teams. She will manage the Client Service & Implementation (CS&I) team who will continue to provide best in class client service to mmi’s wonderful beauty clients.

Her team will be pivotal in bringing data and insights to support the key commercial questions for the beauty sector around maximising the opportunities for brands media and etail presence.

A self-confessed beauty connoisseur, [Cheryl](https://www.mmi-analytics.com/about) is excited to be working with mmi at the heart of the beauty industry.

“I’m thrilled to join MMI analytics at such a dynamic and exciting stage, and very much look forward to being part of supporting our beauty customers in delivering insights, solutions and excellent client service.” Cheryl said.
